Hi @BobbyMCrobbyy,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Fixing HP Envy 5055 Stuck on Second Bubble During Boot Up

If your HP Envy 5055 is stuck on the second bubble during boot-up, here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:

Power Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.

Check Power Source:

  • Ensure the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a power strip or surge protector.
  • Try using a different wall outlet to rule out any electrical issue.

Firmware Update:

  • If the printer powers up, check for any available firmware updates. Sometimes firmware updates can resolve boot-up issues. You can download the latest firmware from the HP Support website.

Factory Reset:

  • Perform a factory reset if the printer starts but does not operate normally. Note that this will reset all settings to factory defaults.

I hope this helps.
