Hi my printer keeps coming up with remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge. Making sure it is correctly installed and then touch ok. A brand new cartridge which was sent from HP has gone in correctly but still get this message. It is connected to WiFi. And it says it has the most recent updates. Can you help please

Hi @WD007
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are you enrolled in the Instant Ink program?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
To clean the ink cartridges, refer to solution# 3, 4 and 5 from this document.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Let me know how that goes.

Thanks for replying. This looks like an issue with the ink cartridges. I'll make an arrangement to ship you a replacement. Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly.
