HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

My printer will not get past the loading screen no matter how long I leave it unplugged. I had been constantly getting a blue error message and when I restarted it, it seemed fine and now it won't do anything

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing issues with your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer wherein it is stuck on HP logo screen.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the unit:

1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.

 

You may also download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).

I have done all of these things and am just now seeing this reply. It works for a few days and goes back to not working again
