My hp envy 5055 is stuck on the loading screen and nothing seems to fix it. I’ve tried to reset it, change power outlets, etc.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

If your HP Envy 5055 is stuck on the loading screen, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer and check if the issue is resolved.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
