I have received my new hp instant ink cartridges for my hp envy photo 6234 printer and it comes up with the error message for both cartridges
'Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridges, make sure it is correctly installed.'
These are full ink cartridges and I have cleaned all the contacts and reset the printer.
What should I do to resolve this issue?
