HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP envy photo 7155. I am wanting to print out labels and business cards using Avery's templates.

I have successfully printed out the labels that I needed but ran into problems while trying to print the business cards.

Here's the info for the paper I am trying to use. Heavyweight 2" x 3 1/2" Matte white business cards. (Avery Template 28371)

I have printed off 4 sheets of cards so far but have had issues with them once they're printed. The front image (side with the business logo) seems to start printing lower so the top cards end up unaligned with a long white space at the top of the cards... the back image has been printing perfectly, so front side is unaligned with back side. Since the top 2 pictures are printing lower then the rest of the front cards are printing lower too. The front side is unaligned and not printing properly.

One time I accidentally put in the paper the wrong way so the front image printed on the back side instead and it was still unaligned. The back image printed on the front side and the back image still printed well even on the front side.

How can I change the setting to "heavyweight" or "cardstock"? I don't see the setting anywhere. I think this is what is causing the issue but not sure because I'm not having any issues with the back image, only the front image.

Is there another reason that I keep having this issue?
