Product: HP INK TANK WIRELESS 415
Operating System: Other

I have Hp ink tank wireless 415 for about a year. This week while I was printing it was fin with no problem. Suddenly started not to print yellow colors and today not printing yellow and cyan colors.

I have tried cleaning printheads many times with no change.

 

Note: the tank is full 

 

Please any one can help!!

If you have already cleaned the Printhead and follow all the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05627782, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
