@Pavan83, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

This condition occurs when one or both of the ink printheads needs attention or is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible.

Go to An 'Incompatible' or 'Ink Cartridges Missing' Error Message Displays for information to resolve a printhead error.

 

For more info on this issue, refer to - Blinking Lights and 'E' Errors

 

If at all the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
