I have printer quality problem where there is shadow printing towards the end of every page.  Im using hp laser printer mfp178nw. How to fix it

called ghosting, where toner is retained on the fuser and reapplied on next rotation. Usually caused by a bad fuser, power issues preventing fuser from staying at the correct temperature. Make sure you are plugged directly into the wall. Also make sure that the media size and type settings match the actual media.

Looking at your sample again, it is very possible you have an issue with your imaging unit as the defect only repeats once, ruling out fuser in most cases.

Most of the time, this is an alignment issue and can be solved at the printer side. There is, on at least one model printer, something called a "Line-Feed Calibration" that might be out of whack. This might be found on the printer control panel > Setup Menu > Tools.
