Hp laserjet pro mfp m180n error 11

Good day

Please does anyone know how to clear this error 11 showing on my laserjet printer

I've cleaned the sensor and change the cartridge, I'm still experiencing same

Error light is indicating issue with black colour only

I'd like to help!

I understand you are facing error 11.

The error messages might display for one of the following reasons:

• Er/11 or Er/13: One or more toner cartridges are not compatible with the printer.

Figure : The Attention and Supplies lights blink

To resolve the error, replace the toner cartridge with a new toner cartridge.

You can reach the HP Phone Support team for replacement options or contact HP Store to purchase toners.
