I have an HP color MFP laser jet pro M283 cdw printer that just today with no upgrades I know of decided that it is not going to print. It says it is printing but nothing comes out. Yes it has paper, yes I have turned both my iPad and it off then back on, I have reset the printer. Not sure what else to do. Please help. [Personal Information Removed]

As an update, I was finally able to print from the HP print option but that meant I used twice the paper as there was no option to print double sided. Interestingly enough the printer prints other items but will not print the PDF??
