Hi,
Most HP Officejet printers support collating if not all.
For the 8710 printers, load the original into the top feeder, then select Scan > Scan Document.
Click the gear icon and change the Collate Setting.
Note that the option will only appear once an original is loaded in the top feeder, that's might be the reason why you couldn't find it.
