Hp officejet 250 mobile all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi! I recently purchased the Hp officejet 250 mobile all in one printer and initially set it up successfully and printed a number of pages. However, after attempting to scan some documents the control panel became stuck on the following error message “Printer error. There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer off then on.”  I’ve done this a number of times including attempting to reset per specific instructions to remove power cord and battery etc. I’ve tried to run diagnostics but they indicate the printer is working correctly. From other information online it appears there is some secret  control panel that can reset the printer but I can’t find specific details of how to do this. Any assistance greatly appreciated! Thanks.
