HP Recommended

Was working couple days ago turned it on and got the error message unplugged the printer, updated the printer. Every time I try to click clean printer head or align printer head it won’t do anything but snap back to the menu.

After calling HP support they told me my hardware is trashed and my warranty is expired. So I have to buy a new one. For a printer that gets used a couple times a year. If it helps maybe I’ll buy a different brand next this time
