Hello, my printer is always "out of paper" error but it prints anyway. Well now after printing 2 shipping labels for work, it glitches out and the printing jobs get stuck. But I don't know that until I restart my phone. It just won't print or connect to the printer at all. So I print 2 more labels and do it all over again. I work from home and print on my phone and also on a chromebook and I have the same issues. I just recently moved and it's gotten a lot worse since the move. I couldn't print for the chromebook at all for a while, but I did some troubleshooting and disconnected from the printer and reconnected on the chromebook and it's finally printing again. This paper error has been going on for over a year, but it always printed so I didn't do anything about it. Obviously I'm out of warranty and wanted to see of you guys/gals can please help me. This printer makes me want to never buy am hp again. I have had nothing but problems. I have looked up how to fix printing jobs getting stuck and there is help for windows computers which I do not have. Also idk if this is an inkjet or Laserjet but it's the photo envy 7800 series. If you need any more info please let me know , thanks,- Kristen

Hi @Tnetsirk200,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing out-of-paper and paper jam issues with the printer.
Try the below suggestions-
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Also, try the steps in the document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, the printer does not pick paper and A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
