My hp photosmart 6520 does not catching my wifi router and certainly doesn't connect either. I try to reset the internet router and still doesn't appear on the screen while the wifi itself works well with my other devices. And my hp laptop suddenly doesn't connect to the wifi too while my both ipad, tv and cell phones can connect without any problem. Can someone help me how to solve this? Thanks in advance.

@Mushibosiers, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Which device are you trying to print from?
- Make sure the printer and the device that you are trying to print from are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
- Check if there is any firmware update available for your router.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Print a Wireless test report on the printer
On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Wireless > Print Wireless Test Report

Reset the network settings and reconnect the printer to the wireless network
Refer to the steps mentioned in this document.
Let me know how this goes.
