Hi @Freddie63,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
The error code EBS00P0010 on the Hp printer 2810E refers to a problem with the ink cartridges. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue.
- Check the ink cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and seated correctly in their respective slots. Make sure the cartridges are not empty or low on ink.
- Reset the printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can often resolve temporary issues.
- Clean the ink cartridges: Remove the ink cartridges from the printer and gently wipe the electrical contacts on the cartridges with a lint-free cloth. Also, clean the contacts inside the cartridge slots in the printer. Make sure they are free from any dirt or debris.
- Replace or reinstall the ink cartridges: If cleaning the cartridges doesn't work, try reinstalling them. Remove the cartridges from the printer and then reinsert them firmly. If the cartridges are empty or low on ink, consider replacing them with new ones.
- Update the printer firmware: Visit the HP Support website and check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer model. If updates are available, follow the instructions to download and install them. Firmware updates can often fix known issues and improve printer performance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
