Product: HP DeskJet 2722 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS
I accidentally bought the HP 65 XL back and 65 tri-color cartridges rather than the 67, and my printer (HP Desk Jet 2722 All-in-One Printer) won't accept them. They are identical in size and shape. Is there any way I can get the printer to accept the new cartridge, or if not, is there any way to return the cartridge I have incorrectly purchased, which is completely unused now? Unfortunately, I have the receipt and opened package for the black cartridge, and the package for the tri-color cartridge is still not opened. I tried returning to Walmart, where I purchased these, but I can't return it to the shop where it was bought.
