Hello how do I fix this problem......A problem has occurred, and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information.

 

Back story.... I originally had HP instant ink cartridges, but I had to cancel it because I moved into a smaller place and purchased a smaller printer and still continued to use instant ink but with smaller computer. I now am able to go back to my original printer but for some reason, I can't re add this one back to my account.  Please help.
