Hello Community, I am having problems installing an HP Ink Advantage DeskJet 2375 printer by cartridges. I have already installed the HP Smart application and it notifies me that I have the ink levels correct, but it tells me to put the setup cartridges. The printer is new and came without these cartridges. I saw some hacks that say to press the wifi button and reset, but my printer, due to the model it has, does not have either the info button or the wifi button, so that solution does not apply to my case
I replaced the cartridges twice and the buttons on both cartridges keep flashing, non-stop, and it does not scan either, which is surprising to me because it does not take ink. I appreciate any help

Agradezco cualqueir ayuda
