An smtp port is the address or name of the mail delivery server that handles your mail.
Some examples:
mail.thiscompany.com
smtp.thiscompany.com
Check with your mail provider as they will be able to give you that information. If using Google or Office365, there are help files on the respective websites for mail setup assistance.
