I hope that someone has an answer for me. I haven an Office jet pro 8710 that will no longer print a photo from my computer. I keep getting a configuration error code 0x80040154. I have tried doing the hard reset of unplugging the power cord from the unit and then the wall, waiting a minute and plugging back in, but still getting the same message.
Any solutions?

Since you have already tried most of the troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue, let us perform these steps:
- Step 1: Load photo paper into the main input tray
- Step 2: Print the photo
- Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03422222 to complete the troubleshooting steps.
- And, also run printer firmware: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
- 1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
- 2) Select your product type below.
- 3) Enter the serial of your device.
- 4) Select the country from the drop-down.
- 5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
- 6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
