The ink color ink cartridges are genuine 935 high capacity (three color pack) HP products.  The Cyan cartridge generates a "damaged cartridge" error as soon as the printer detects it when turned on.  I searched the HP web site and found this is a known problem with certain cartridges like mine and to contact HP for a replacement.  Now the trouble really begins.  There is NO WAY to contact anyone about this.  All the HP web links lead to other links for this and that, but no way to actually talk with HP about their replacement policy.  I tried aclling the sale group (whi actually have a phone number), and all they could do was give me link to contact the Support group.  Back to the same problem all over again.  I tried to submit a warranty claim, but had to give my HP PC product serial number to get enter a request.  My printer is out of warranty, but my HP PC is brand new, so that serial number was entered to get it to work.  They gave it a support number, and it was quickly cancelled once my problem with the ink cartridge was explained.  I tried to use they cancelled service request number to get  some to help with thecartridge replacement, and that was rejected by their system when it found that support number was cancelled.

This is my last effort to get anyone that can make contact with HP about this problem.  They acknowledge the problem and offer a replacement cartridge on their automated web support links, but then give NO WAY for anyone to contact them.  Nice support, HP.  NOT!  This probably ends my buying your products from now on.
