I bought an HP Envy Photo 7155 printer in October 2019 and it has NEVER printed correctly. Even though the black ink cartridge shows it is FULL and doesn't expire until 12/2021, EVERY time I try to print ANYTHING it SKIPS ENTIRE SECTIONS OF WHAT I AM TRYING TO PRINT AND THE INK IS ALMOST INVISIBLE!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PRINTER THAT IS NOT EVEN TWO YEARS OLD AND HAS BARELY BEEN USED. We have TRIED EVERYTHING to get the problem fixed--we have run ALL of the diagnostics in the printer, we have downloaded ALL of the available firmware and driver updates directly from HP,  we have cleaned the print heads, and we have cleaned the heads of the ink cartridges BUT NOTHING HAS FIXED THE PROBLEM. Has ANYONE else had this problem and if so, HOW CAN IT BE FIXED????

I'm not sure if we're having the same problem but there are similarities.

I'm on OS 11.4 and my HP Envy 7155 shows there is ink but it prints very faintly if it prints at all.  Mostly, the preview window in the "Smart" app shows blank and although the printer sends the paper through the printer, it comes out blank. I have run all the diagnostics, have unplugged the printer, have restarted my computer, have deleted and re-downloaded the app but no change.

I have never had so much trouble with a printer.

If anyone has any suggestions, please advise.  Thanks.
