Product: Hp OfficeJet 4652

I can no longer print in color on my Hp OfficeJet 4652 - the color, black and grayscale buttons are no longer an option in printer preferences. I reinstalled the printer, used the Hp Print and Scan Doctor. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
