I am trying to get established with instant Ink program.  I received a card today via fed ex, with an enrollment key code, and I can't use it, as I can't find my printer code.  It doesn't print out, when I follow the instructions.

Please help.

Welcome to HP Forums,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you need help with the printer enrollment key code & the Instant Ink program,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Just to confirm, are you referring to the claim code? when you write "printer code"?
  • If yes, I have a few things you should know about listed below:

The printer claim code is a unique identification number that you use to add your printer to the HP Connected service. HP Connected for printers supports a range of optional web-connected printing services, including HP ePrint cloud printing and the HP Instant Ink delivery services.

   NOTE:

If your printer does not support Web Services or you do not want to use Web Services, you do not need a printer claim code to use your printer and you can cancel the sign up process.

Use this document to obtain the printer claim code and add your printer on HP Connected.
