Microsoft Windows 11

I can't fix HP Office Jet Pro 6830 Printer Failure error 0x6100004a. I tried all the tips and steps listed on HP Support. My laptop is running Win 11 OS 64bit.  I have run Print and Scan Doctor three times and continue to get a printer error. The Fax and Scan function works perfect, but the Print function does not work. I can't print a test page or anything. I get a Printer Failure error 0x6100004a. Again, I have tried all the steps provided by HP Support. Can this be fixed?
