i change am operating system from window xp to window 7 and am having problem on installing my hp psc 1215 driver. please help me out. thanks

Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others.
I see that you are trying to install HP PSC 1215 on your windows computer. HP do not have Windows 7 downloadable driver for this printer since this is an older model. I would suggest using Windows built-in driver to install your printer.
You can connect the printer to the computer using the USB cable. Ideally, the Windows will install the drivers required for the printer automatically in 2-3 minutes and then try to print.
If the drivers are not installed automatically, install the built-in drivers as mentioned here: http://hp.care/2bYE4kP

1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
