I can’t print color in my acer laptop

I bought my new acer laptop then when i try to print in color.  It prints only black and white.  I don’t issues before in my asus laptop.  In settings i checked in color.

Printer SN # [edited] and my laptop is

Aspire 5 : A515-52-31XZ.

It’s been perfectly good for with my Asus Laptop but when i changed to Acer. All documents that i do have in Microsoft prints black and white. When i did print preview it’s good and colourful, checking the settings. It’s all coloured. But the print is black and white. When i check printer preference it gives error.

If the printer has a copying option available, then trying to copy.

I did get your production information but only product name and numbers missing. Could you please share printer name or model? (HP Deskjet or Photosmart printer)
