I have a HP Office jet pro 6968 Printer and I'm trying to print off the internet and i get a message that my fax is locked out and I can't print. How do I over ride that or shut off the fax function. I don't use it anyway. It said at "set up" the fax was locked out and to call the Administrator. I'm the owner and Administrator and it worked fine before but hasn't worked for a year. I didn't lock anything out....
