I canceled the instant link service and installed the new cartridges recently bought, but the printer gives me an error and doesn't print. It just automatically printed the alignment sheet. I must say is also extremely difficult receiving support from the assistance ...I'm very disappointed I cancelled the service instant link as it was difficult making the printer working properly, now I would simply use my printer with a normal cartridge.

What is the exact error message on the printer? Did you make any changes after you cancelled the subscription?
