Product: HP 5250 Inkjet Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I bought the printer and have received ink monthly because thew printer was working fine.
I had installed fibre broadband and received a new router from BT.
The printer recognises the router but neither of my devices will recognise the printer.
I reloaded the software from the HP site but it is asking me to connecvt with an ethernet cable.
I want to be wireless to access from a distance.
