Hi @johnrb42,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue correctly aligning labels using Word and your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-In-One Printer in Windows 11, follow these steps:
- Open Word: Launch Microsoft Word and create a new document or open the existing one containing your labels.
- Prepare Label Document: Make sure your document is formatted correctly for labels. You can usually find label templates in Word's templates section. Ensure that the layout matches the label paper you are using.
- Adjust Page Setup: Go to the "Layout" or "Page Layout" tab in Word and click on "Size" or "Page Setup". Make sure the page size matches the label paper size.
- Print Preview: Before printing, it's a good idea to preview your document to see how it will look when printed. You can do this by clicking on "File" > "Print" and then selecting "Print Preview". Make sure everything appears as you expect it to.
- Printer Settings: When you're ready to print, go to "File" > "Print". In the print dialog box, locate the printer settings. Look for options such as "Properties" or "Printer Preferences". Click on it.
- Check Printer Preferences: Once in the Printer Preferences dialog box, look for options related to scaling, quality, paper size, and layout. Unfortunately, the exact location and naming of these options can vary depending on the printer model and driver software version.
- Scale Options: In some printer preferences, you may find options related to scaling. Look for options like "Fit to Page" or "Scaling" and ensure they are set appropriately. If you can't find these options, you may need to experiment with different settings until you achieve the desired alignment.
- Print: Once you've adjusted the settings to your liking, click "Print" to print your labels. Make sure to load the label paper into the printer according to the printer's instructions.
