@ChrisE3, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP ENVY 6032e printer is stuck with blue edge lighting when powering on, it could indicate an issue during the setup or installation process. Here's a step-by-step guide to assist you:

Check Power Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to a power source and the power adapter is securely plugged in.

Restart Your Printer: Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on again.

Wireless Setup: If you are setting up the printer for the first time, ensure it is in a place with a strong Wi-Fi signal. You may need to use the HP Smart app to configure the wireless network settings:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer and connect it to the Wi-Fi network.

Reset Network Settings: If the printer is still not moving past the blue lighting, consider resetting its network settings:

  • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button until the Power button starts to blink. This resets the network settings.
