Hi @KnottJT,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like there might be a technical issue with Google Chrome that is preventing the print preview from loading correctly. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue:
Restart Chrome: Sometimes, simply restarting the browser can resolve temporary glitches.
Clear Cache and Cookies: Over time, cached data and cookies might cause issues with browsing, including print functionalities.
- Go to Chrome settings (you can enter chrome://settings/ in the address bar).
- Scroll down and click on 'Privacy and security'.
- Click 'Clear browsing data'.
- Choose 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
- Click 'Clear data'.
Disable Chrome Extensions: Extensions can interfere with how web pages behave. Try disabling them to see if it resolves the issue.
- Enter chrome://extensions/ in the address bar.
- Disable all extensions by toggling them off.
- Try printing again. If it works, enable extensions one at a time to identify the problematic one.
Reset Chrome Settings: Sometimes, misconfigured settings can cause issues. Resetting Chrome settings to default might help.
- Go to Chrome settings.
- Scroll down and click on 'Advanced'.
- Under 'Reset and clean up', click 'Restore settings to their original defaults'.
- Click 'Reset settings'.
Update Chrome: Ensure that your Chrome browser is updated to the latest version.
- Go to chrome://settings/help to check for updates. If an update is available, install it and restart Chrome.
Use Google Chrome's Built-in Troubleshooter: Some versions of Chrome have a built-in troubleshooter that can identify and possibly fix issues.
- Go to Chrome settings.
- In the search settings bar at the top, type "troubleshoot" and follow the prompts if this option is available.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
