I cannot print on an envelope that measures 4 3/4" x 7 1/2"

I am trying to print on envelopes that measure 4 3/4" tall and 7 1/2" long so that I can send greeting cards.   I have created the printing "templates" using Microsoft Word and have been able to print on this size of envelope on two different printers I have owned prior to owning his one.  These other printers have allowed me to manually set the size of paper I am using, but this one appears to not give me that option.  There are no envelope sizes within the printer's paper size menu that match the size of envelope I am trying to print on.  I have tried all envelope size options, and each time I receive a "Paper Size Mismatch" message on the printer screen that reads "The paper size detected by the printer does not match the paper size selected for the print job.  Make sure the paper size is correct to continue the job.  Touch X to cancel the print job."  I am also given the option of pressing O.K.  Either way, the printer removes the envelope from the paper tray.

I have worked with one tech representative from HP via phone, allowed him to work with my computer, but he was unable to find a solution.  He said that this was an unfortunate limitation with this printer and that there is no solution to the issue.  I have a hard time believing that a printer with a name that includes the terms "Office" and "Pro" is unable to handle such a simple task as this.  Any help would be great!

Thank you for your help, Dean.  I was able to follow all of the instructions that your link suggested.  I have a new envelope size created within this menu now, but once I am working within Microsoft Word, I cannot find my newly created envelope size within the list of choices I am given under the advanced printer settings prior to trying to print.  Any other suggestions from here?
