Follow the steps below-

Turn off the power by using the power switch.

If a surge protector is being used, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket.

Wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize.
If you have already performed the steps from the document https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-100-color-mfp-m175/4208157/document/c02617147 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
