Envy 6020

Hi, I got my envy 6020 today and After a Complicated install I always get the error E4 Paperjam. I didnt Even printed anything yet and tried all your help advices many times (restart...) what shall I do? Very frustrating 😞 thank you. Kind regards, Nilgün
