I got Er 36 (error 36) on HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w. The manual says "Er/36 Paper wrap jam. Contact HP Support. A service call is required to clear the jam without damaging print engine." What should I do?

 

There was a piece of paper jammed but I easily removed it, removed the toner/drum thing, resinstalled, and still get the error. I've had several jams in the past that I removed with no problem. Tried unplugging, plugging in, etc.

This youtube video worked. Steps: turn off printer, open drum cover slightly, turn on, you'll get a new error, then close drum cover all the way. That worked for me. Video shows one more possible required step.
