I GOT A NEW ROUTER FROM SPECTRUM CABLE AND MY PRINTER WILL NOT CONNECT WIRELESLY ANY LONGER. IT KEEPS SAYING WRONG PASSWORD BUT IT IS NOT AND I ALSO TRIED WPS AND IT FAILED AS WELL. ALL OF THE LINKS ON HERE FOR HELP WILL NOT WORK ANY LONGER. PLEASE HELP AS I WORK FROM HOME.

Restore the printer to the original network settings.

1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup.

2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes.

     A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.

3. Touch OK.

4. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset

 

Power off the printer.

Power on the printer.

Now try connecting to your router.

Double check your password, follow the steps in the HP support doc.

Double checked and triple checked, I even reinstalled the newest drivers for the HP 8610 Printer and double checked what password the printer would be. No luck.

Yes, I am entering the router password or I should say the password for the network as I set up a home network. Everything else connects with this password. I even bought a new printer and it connected fine.
