Why cant my printer just work?!?!? Every time I want to use it there is an issue. Just managed to print one page after failing to connect wirelessly. Then went to print a 2nd page in the same manner and NOTHING.

So frustrating. I am wasting my SUNDAY on this when I should have been done in 5 minutes and got on with my day.

Hi @sirstaniel,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Printer as it keeps going offline.

This issue could occur drivers or the ports are not configured properly.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printer is Offline (Windows)

If the issue persists, then I suggest that you install the windows built in drivers by following the link: Windows Built-in Print Driver

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

The printer is not consistent - I have no way of knowing of whether it will bother to print a page or not - it is random. It is all set up and sometimes works, sometimes not. Even when I attach the cable to connect correctly it is intermittent, so it is not the wifi dropping out.

Rubbish product.

I moved my printer to a new position to boost the wifi signal. Joys of joys it managed to print 1 page and then refused to print anything else.

I can not have a product that does not work as this is used as a home office!
