I am trying to print a PDF booklet and no matter what I do in the settings, one page prints fine then the next page prints upside down. I can print a Word booklet with no problem. Any help would be appreciated since you can't get any help from HP via internet nor calls. I am ready to throw this printer out the window.

Donate it instead - nice printer - it knows not what it is printing.
PDF printing depends on the software or application used to print the document.
If the Full Feature Software / full driver is installed, the full driver software provides the foundation to install and use other Scan and Print programs and applications.
Example - HP Smart - Windows - Scan > PDF
Setup Menu - Upper Left corner of the example image
Auto Enhancements > Switch Orientation setting OFF
HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Document_Share_4

Print PDF in Adobe Reader DC
Print PDF - Size / Booklet
Open the PDF document in Adobe Reader DC
Click the Print icon
Open Properties
Set Shortcut to Everyday Printing or similar (Plain paper printing, single sided)
Select your Paper Size
Click OK to save change(s) and Exit the Properties menu
Main print menu
Page Sizing & Handling
Select Booklet
Reminder: Adjust "duplex settings" in the PDF print menu, not in Properties
When ready, click to Print

Thank you so much Dragon-Fur for your expert help. After spending hours looking for the solution and receiving NONE from the wonderful HP tech support on the phone, you have saved me from throwing the printer out the window. Thank you for the screen prints as that is what I was looking for in the nonexistent manual that HP no longer puts out anywhere. Even HP Tech had no idea how to print the PDF booklet which is setup differently than the Word booklets I have printed.
I prefer to look for the solutions myself, but I have learned to come here and forget going anywhere else as I have enough gray hair. You are now my hero. Thank you again.
