Hi @Snowman99,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you've done some troubleshooting already. The flashing orange light on your HP LaserJet M110we printer typically indicates an issue that needs attention. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem.

  • Check Paper Jam: Even if it doesn't seem like there's a paper jam, double-check all areas of the printer, including the input and output trays, to ensure there's no jammed paper causing the issue.
  • Reset the Printer: You've already done this, but it's worth trying again. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check Toner/Ink Cartridges: Make sure the toner or ink cartridges are properly installed and aren't empty. Sometimes, printers halt printing if they detect low or empty cartridges.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve various issues.
  • Inspect for Obstructions: Ensure there are no obstructions blocking any part of the printer's mechanism, such as paper feed rollers or the print carriage.
  • Network Connection: Since you've mentioned resetting the router, make sure the printer is properly connected to the network. You can try reconfiguring the wireless connection if needed.
  • Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on the printer. Be aware that this will erase any custom settings you have configured.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
