Please help me resolve an Event Code: F0.02.05.10. This error code appears on the display panel and wont go away.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, all the suggestions and solutions offered on the HP information page do not help. I have escalated to HP support, and they also failed to resolve this issue. I have now requested an HP technician come on-site to assess the printer. This is very frustrating.
