I have an error message of 0XB80452FC, any ideas of how to fix?  Thank you.

The error code 0XB80452FC on your HP Smart Tank 651 typically indicates a hardware or firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

 

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure that there are no paper jams in the printer. Open all access doors and inspect for any stuck paper.

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the official HP support website for your printer model.
  • Look for firmware updates for your printer and install them if available.

Reset the Printer:

  • Power off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Check Ink Levels:

  • Make sure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink levels.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Power off the printer.
  • Disconnect all cables from the printer.
  • Wait for about 5 minutes.
  • Reconnect all cables and turn on the printer.
