Hi @Banjo24,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 0XB80452FC on your HP Smart Tank 651 typically indicates a hardware or firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 1-2 minutes.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Ensure that there are no paper jams in the printer. Open all access doors and inspect for any stuck paper.
Update Firmware:
- Visit the official HP support website for your printer model.
- Look for firmware updates for your printer and install them if available.
Reset the Printer:
- Power off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
Check Ink Levels:
- Make sure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink levels.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Power off the printer.
- Disconnect all cables from the printer.
- Wait for about 5 minutes.
- Reconnect all cables and turn on the printer.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the HP website. This tool can automatically diagnose and resolve printing problems.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
