Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have an Envy 6452e that I purchased almost solely to print photos.  It worked well week 1.  Still using the same glossy paper, now it keeps telling me there's no paper in the tray when I know there is.  Can anyone help me figure out why the glossy paper won't work?  Side note:  the 5x7 glossy paper will work but the 8x10 won't.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried the regular paper type?
  • Have you tried a different set of glossy photo paper?

Just to ensure you've mentioned that you can print on 5x7 photo paper, not on 8x10 photo paper correct.
