Can someone call me on my mobile phone to work with me to get the printer working. I do not do well virtual discussion.

In January of this year, I needed to remove the cables from my printer to take them to my HP 8025 all in one printer in Florida for the winter. When I came back North, my 8020 is showing offline no matter what I am doing with the cables. 

I am 80 years old and I do not do well with Virtual Assistants. I really need to speak with someone.

 

I look forward to speaking with you. Is that possible?
