I have an Officejet pro 9018e that i bought several years ago and now I am trying to setup for the first time. It looks like I am missing the setup cartridges. I am receiving a "use setup cartridges" error. I cannot figure out how to access the secret menu or do a OOBE reset. I cannot get the menu off this one. Thanks for your help

Hi @Houner ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

What was the "PM" recommendation for this? I have the same issue, but their response was to call Tech Support. I did, they signed me up for Instant Ink, and I still have the same problem because my magenta cartridge is a normal one and the rest is starter.
