Hi, My printer started saying it was online although it was connected, and it wouldn't print from any of my family's laptops or phones.
It's now gone into a flashing error code OXB8889F A8, and won't print at all.
Any ideas please? My sons need something printed for homework and I'm at a loss!
Thank you

Hi @lilyhammer,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "B305" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
