Product: OfficeJet Pro 8210

I have error code OXB820ABEO on my OfficeJet Pro 8210. It would not print this morning so I turned it off then back on. The code showed up after that. What do I need to do??

Hi,

 

Thank You for contacting HP.

 

Ensure to connect the printer directly to a wall outlet, no surge protector.

Pull the Trays, look for any jam or foreign material, remove them, then reinstall the Trays correctly. They should snap in correctly.

Open the Cartridge door, remove each cartridge one by one and reinstall correctly.

Ensure the printer is placed on a flat solid surface.
