Hi,
Thank You for contacting HP.
Ensure to connect the printer directly to a wall outlet, no surge protector.
Pull the Trays, look for any jam or foreign material, remove them, then reinstall the Trays correctly. They should snap in correctly.
Open the Cartridge door, remove each cartridge one by one and reinstall correctly.
Ensure the printer is placed on a flat solid surface.
